We ship FedEx priority overnight. If you would like to participate in our live auctions please contact us via email for shipping options.
We are NOT responsible for weather delays or carrier mistakes. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
All packages must be signed for upon delivery to accommodate our DOA policy.
If you receive DOA corals, a picture and email must be taken and sent within 2 hours of delivery of the coral in our sealed, unopened bag, a credit will be given minus shipping costs. DOA corals are recut if available. You will be responsible to cover shipping of replacement frags. If for some reason you think the coral appears to have a problem please call or email us. We know and understand that things can go wrong during shipping so don’t hesitate to call us for any questions.
